Blasted Sequence

Objective: Blast the sequence on NCBI to see if it matches any known sequences.
Results: found a connection to a bacteria (shown below)

    Go ahead and systematically take sequence data and assemble into contigs and then provide annotation of contigs and singletons in spreadsheet.
